Shipping policy
ORDERS
At Succulent Planet we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and satisfaction of our customers. It is important to remember that all of our products include real succulent plants.
All of our products are individually hand created and contain a range of seasonally grown succulent plants. The product images on our website should be used as a guide only. We supply high quality products that will vary depending on stock availability and individual design.
All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. The prices are inclusive of GST. A tax invoice detailing your order will be emailed to your email address once the sale has been processed and payment received. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.
We offer local pick up from Succulent Planet Nursery during the store opening hours or we can ship your order to your nominated address in Western Australia. Simply select either Pickup or the Shipping option at the checkout. For more details regarding our shipping options, please see the Shipping and Delivery Policy below.
If you have any queries once the order has been placed please email sales@succulentplanet.com.au and list your order/invoice number for our reference.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Due to plant quarantine restrictions, Succulent Planet can only deliver and ship its products within Western Australia. In order to make a purchase at Succulent Planet, you must have a shipping address within Western Australia. Please note that we are also unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
Local Pickup
We now offer local pickup if you would like to collect your order from Succulent Planet Nursery. There is no charge for local pickup and your order will be ready for collection within 24 hours after being placed. We will notify you by email when it is ready for collection.

Shipping and Delivery Rates
For all shipping addresses within Western Australia, we offer the following shipping and delivery rates as follows:

**Please note that there may be additional shipping or delivery charges for large orders where plants do not fit within usual freight size and weight limits (<3kgs). In this case, we may remove the pot and soil of some plants and send bare rooted and wrapped in paper to reduce the overall size or weight of an order.
Please note that the shipping charges are calculated at the checkout.
Dispatching Orders
All orders in the Perth Metro area are dispatched within 2-5 business days. Perth Metro orders are by courier and generally leave on a Monday for Tuesday delivery. This excludes public holidays. Cut off time is 9am Monday, with orders after this time to go out the following Monday.
All orders to Regional WA will be sent via Australia Post on a Monday to ensure plants are not stuck in transit over weekend periods.
No Signature Deliveries
If we missed you when delivering your order we will leave the product in an appropriate and safe location on your property. If we're unable to find a safe and suitable location to leave your goods, we'll attempt to contact you for further instructions. If we are unable to find a safe place to leave the delivery we will have it retuned to our Nursery.
Shipping Damage
We do not take any responsibility for damage caused after the product has reached its place of arrival upon delivery or once it has been handed over to the purchaser if picked up from our Nursery.
