Refund Policy

At Succulent Planet we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and satisfaction of our customers. It is important to remember that all of our products include real succulent plants.

All living plants are perishable and will react to their immediate indoor or outdoor environment and any external weather conditions. Care instructions must be followed in order to ensure the health, growth and enjoyment of your succulent plants.

Due to the perishable nature of our products we do not offer refunds or an exchange if you change your mind after purchase.

If at any time you are not completely happy with our service or our products, please let us know so we can rectify any errors or oversights that may have occurred.  We are here to help and have a dedicated team which will go the extra mile to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase from Succulent Planet. Please contact sales@succulentplanet.com.au and list your order or tax invoice number for our reference.

Damaged Products

We do not issue refunds for damaged or defective products. Instead we will exchange the product for the same item. To be eligible for an exchange, you will need to supply proof of the damage or defect within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please contact our team at Succulent Planet sales@succulentplanet.com.au and list your order or tax invoice number for our reference. We may ask for a description or photographic proof of the damage before making a determination on whether to issue an exchange on the product.

We do not take any responsibility for damage caused after the product has reached its place of arrival upon delivery or once it has been handed over to the purchaser if picked up from our nursery headquarters.
