Orders & Delivery


At Succulent Planet we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and satisfaction of our customers. It is important to remember that all of our products include real succulent plants.

All living plants are perishable and will react to their immediate indoor or outdoor environment and any external weather conditions. Care instructions must be followed in order to ensure the health, growth and enjoyment of your succulent plants. Please review the care & instructions information carefully.

All of our products are individually hand created and contain a range of seasonally grown succulent plants. The product images on our website should be used as a guide only. We supply high quality products that will vary depending on stock availability and individual design. 

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. The prices are inclusive of GST. 

A tax invoice detailing your order will be emailed to your email address once the sale has been processed and payment received.

Payment is processed at the time of purchase. 

If you have any queries once the order has been placed please email sales@succulentplanet.com.au and list your order/invoice number for our reference. 

Pick-Up (FREE)

You can select to pick up your order from our Nursery at the check-out. There is no charge and you can visit Succulent Planet Nursery during opening hours to collect your order. Your order will be ready for collection 3 business days after being placed. We notify you by email when it is ready for collection.

Delivery is currently available within the Perth metropolitan area. Please see the map below. 

Delivery is charged per order at $15.00. 

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Please note: This does not apply to any Medium or Large Mixed Outdoor Succulent Bowl as these are constructed by our staff on site. We will arrange delivery and construction with you after the order has been placed. 

If we missed you when delivering your order we will leave the product in an appropriate location on your property. If we are unable to find a safe place to leave the delivery we will have it retuned to our office. 



Postage is currently available within WA only due to Quarantine restrictions.

Orders will be sent via Australia Post on a Monday to ensure plants are not stuck in transit over weekend periods.

Plants will be removed of soil and sent bare rooted and wrapped in paper.

Postage and handling fees are based on purchase price and are as follows:

$0 - $100 = $22

$101 - $200 = $27

$201 - $300 = $32

$301 - $400 = $37

$401+ = $45
